EXCHANGES

If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below. We accept exchanges on items purchased on Sundae Shop only up to 14 days after the original purchase. Please contact sundaeshopseattle@gmail.com for exchange packing slip, enclose the product you wish to exchange in unused condition with notification of product(s) you would like in exchange and your receipt.

 

RETURNS

If you will need return your product, please review the information below. We accept returns on items purchased on Sundae Shop only up to 14 days after the original purchase. Please contact sundaeshopseattle@gmail.com for return packing slip, enclose the product you wish to return in unused condition and your receipt.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Please allow up to 10 business days from order receipt for handling of your order.  When local delivery is selected, your order will be delivered  which case  within 5 days, provided all items are in stock.  Otherwise, shipping is managed through USPS.
